Spirit ReCreation is a synthesis of graceful dance & reverent prayer.
Its a lot of fun too!
Somewhat like liturgical dance with a greater emphasis on fitness rather then performance. We surender unnessessary tension and stress and relax into a slow graceful movement.

Since it is a learned sequence of movement sets, from beginner to intermediate to advanced it is accessible to everyone of differing physical abilities. When practised diligently it gradually transforms the quality of physical health into wellness.
The Our Father is sometimes a private matter but we often recite prayer in unison in worship services especially in the Anglican church. Spirit ReCreation is a private matter, as well, but is also a prayer practised by groups in unison.
prayer can be for the practitioner or it can be for a cause or a person in need of healing etc...
Words in prayer are symbols of meaning as are the movements of Spirit ReC symbols of meaning. Each movement having a name and symbolic quality, such as; grace within, walking on water or giving praise
Prayer must be expressed in spirit and in truth in the presents of God. Jesus has taught us how to say the Our Father. Although words are important, it is sometimes hard for us to find the right words or we just want to share our hearts intentions without words. We express in Spirit ReC a graceful innocents of being that cannot be expressed in words. We express our being as loved and forgiven sons and daughters of God.
We must pray in spirit and in truth. Sometimes we want to dance to the lord so that all nations and cultures can understand without interpretation. We want to be in God in prayer moving to the beat of our hearts together with others.
Spirit ReCreation brings our holiness of spirit to bare on our earthly, not so holy, flesh so that we can be ReCreated in body, mind and spirit. With Faith we receive grace, peace and hope.
Spirit ReC is truly a joyous experience.
